Refund policy

At SDCreations, customer satisfaction is our priority. We carefully inspect every product before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect item, we are here to help.

Return Eligibility

You may raise a return request within 48 hours of receiving your order if:

  • The product received is damaged during transit.

  • You receive a defective item.

  • You receive the wrong product or wrong variant.

  • Any item is missing from your order package.

To be eligible for a return or refund, the product must remain unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, and invoices intact.

Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

For all return, replacement, and refund requests, an uninterrupted unboxing video is mandatory.

The video must:

  • Start before opening the sealed package.

  • Clearly show the shipping label and package condition.

  • Capture the complete unboxing process without cuts or edits.

  • Clearly display the issue, such as damage, defect, missing items, or incorrect products.

Unfortunately, return or refund requests submitted without a valid unboxing video may not be accepted, as the video serves as proof for verification purposes.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • Products that have been used, worn, washed, or altered.

  • Items returned without original packaging or tags.

  • Return requests made after 48 hours of delivery.

  • Products purchased during special sales, clearance sales, or promotional campaigns unless received damaged or incorrect.

  • Requests without proper proof, images, or unboxing video.

Return Request Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Share your order number, issue details, clear product images, and the complete unboxing video.

  3. Our team will review and verify the request.

  4. Once approved, we will provide further instructions for return or replacement.

Refund Process

After the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during checkout.

  • Refunds are generally credited within 5 working days after approval.

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, the reflected amount may take additional processing time.

Exchange Policy

If an incorrect, damaged, or defective item is received, we may offer a replacement subject to stock availability. If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
